The meeting was called to order by Lamar Houston, President.
The roll call was as follows:

A motion was made by Charlie Cox, second by Lamar Houston to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. All voted yea. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mike Curtis, second by Lisa Essex to approve the bills and payroll. The roll call vote was as follows: Charlie Cox, yea; Lisa Essex, yea; Mike Curtis, yea; Diane Blaney, yea; and Lamar Houston, yea. Yea votes 5, nay votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mike Curtis, second by Diane Blaney to approve the Treasurer’s Report and Investments. The roll call vote was as follows: Charlie Cox, yea; Lisa Essex, yea; Mike Curtis, yea; Diane Blaney, yea; and Lamar Houston, yea. Yea votes 5, nay votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Diane Blaney, second by Mike Curtis to reimburse the Imprest Fund in the amount of $1,028.11. The roll call vote was as follows: Charlie Cox, yea; Lisa Essex, yea; Mike Curtis, yea; Diane Blaney, yea; and Lamar Houston, yea. Yea votes 5, nay votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Charlie Cox, second by Lisa Essex to enter closed session at 5:12 p.m. All vote yea. Motion carried.
A motion as made by Jeremy Greenley, second by Mike Curtis to adopt the 2015 Tax Levy as presented. The roll call vote was as follows: Jeremy Greenley, yea; Charlie Cox, nay; Lisa Essex, nay; Mike Curtis, yea; Diane Blaney, yea; and Lamar Houston, abstain. Yea votes 3, nay votes 2, 1 abstain. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Mike Curtis, second by Diane Blaney to accept the resignation of Johnnie Bowers effective January 12, 2016. The roll call vote was as follows: Jeremy Greenley, yea; Charlie Cox, yea; Lisa Essex, yea; Mike Curtis, yea; Diane Blaney, yea; and Lamar Houston, yea. Yea votes 6, nay votes 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Charlie Cox, second by Jeremy Greenley to adjourn. All voted yea. Motion carried.
