A motion was made by Charlie Cox, second by Terry Shafer to go into Executive Session AT 4:39 P.M. All vote yea.
Special Meeting Resumed AT 5:27 Pp.m.
A motion was made by Diane Blaney, second by Terry Shafer to accept a letter of resignation from Paula Betts. All vote yea. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Terry Shafer, second by Lisa Essex to adjourn to the regular meeting. All voted yea. Motion carried.
