No one was present for public input.
An update to the County Code Book on raffle/poker run license has been proposed. These types of licenses have already been in effect and the change is just putting the chapter into proper Code Book format. Motion by Randy Edwards and seconded by Bob Watt to accept the proposed County Code Book format for the raffle/poker run license, Motion Carried. Vote -5 aye, 0 nay
An update to the liquor license in the County Code Book has been received. The current number of licenses is one per class per wet township but additional requests for a license has been received. Motion by Randy Edwards and seconded by Wayne Hicks to increase the number of licuor licenses to three in each class in the four wet townships of Jefferson County, Motion Carried. Vote - 4 aye, 1 nay
Motion by Randy Edwards and seconded by Bob Watt to adjourn. Motion Carried. Vote -5 aye, 0 nay
