Mount Vernon Township High School basketball head coach Doug Creel is offering an intensive all-access skills camp for aspiring basketball stars to learn every facet of the game.
The famed Mount Vernon Rams coach is offering fans and players alike the chance to hit the floor and learn the game of 5-on-5. The camp is open to all kids entering grades four through 12, and will be hosted in the Mount Vernon High School gym.
It runs from July 10 to 13 and has a sign-up fee of $60. Participants will practice from 9 to 11:15 a.m. and will get a free t-shirt. This high-intensity camp will focus on ball handling, passing, dribbling, shooting, footwork, and shooting off of screens.
