Reports and Communications:

•Cemetery report: North road smoothed and patched.
•Sewer report: Nothing to report.
•Park report: Decorations are coming down in the Village Park. Hobbs still needs measurements and pricing from Chester Supply for roofing materials at the ballpark pavilion. The construction class from the Coulterville High School hopes to start January 21'. They will remove the old shingles first.
•Recycle report: Nothing to report.
•Water report: Scott Wine reported that the Board needs to consider the purchase of new meters. Coulterville has had a repeated water loss report of 20%. Every effort has been made to find leaks and update records. Water meter readings slow down as the equipment ages. Recently his water meter had been replaced at his residence and usage amount had almost doubled. Other meters have been replaced and the increase has been only minor. Wine believes the older meters maybe a cause of our Water loss report. As an experiment it was decided that the Mayor, Board Members and Clerk Will have new meters installed at their residences and see how it affects the usage reported.
•Street report: A drainage issue needs to be looked into by maintenance at E. Mill & S. Fourth Streets.
