Village Of Coulterville Board of Trustees met April 3.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to Order in the Community Center for regular session on Monday April 3, 2017 at 7:30 pm.

Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Harvey, Knope and Wine. Hobbs Was absent.

•Moved by Wine, Second by Harvey to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.

•Moved by Harvey, second by Wine to approve minutes for March 20, 2017 regular meeting as presented. All Ayes.

•Moved by Knope, second by Long to approve payment of invoices for April 3, 2017. All Ayes.

Reports and Communications:

•Financial report: Nothing to report.

•Cemetery report: Dream Landscapes submitted the only bid for trimming the cemetery this season at a cost of $12,000 per year. No motion was made to accept the bid. Trimming will continue to done by Village employees.

•Sewer report: Nothing to report.

•Park report: The Holiday Association will be hosting a circus at the ballpark on April 26th.

•Recycle report: Nothing to report.

•Water report: Nothing to report.

•Street report: The board Would like to put no parking signs across from Casey's due to the semitrucks rutting the edge and tearing up the curbing. An ordinance will be drawn up for next meeting.

Public Comment

New Business:

•Moved by long, second by Wine to approve a sponsorship for the Chamber's golf scramble for $100.00. All Ayes.

•Moved by Wine, second by Long to approve paying part time summer help $1.00 over minimum wage ($9.25). All Ayes.

Adjournment:

•Moved by Long, second by Dyson to adjourn at 7:50 pm. All Ayes.
