Franklin County Finance, Salaries, Policy and Purchasing Committee met April 3.

The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. by chair, Alan Price. Not present were. Neal Hargis and Robert Pierce, in attendance were, Franklin County Sheriff, Don Jones, Franklin County Circuit Clerk, Jim Muir, Franklin County Treasurer, Pan Smith, Franklin County Engineer, Mike Rolla, Franklin County Supervisor of Assessments, Cindy Humm, Franklin County Board Administrative Assistant, Gayla Sink, Franklin County Recycling Coordinator, Keith Ward and other interested parties.
Alan Price submitted the County claims which were approved and signed by all members present,
Franklin County Sheriff, Don Jones reported a control room lock at the jail had failed, Replacement of the lock will cost $4,800.00, half the cost will be paid by the jail commission and the other half the sheriff is asking the County to pay, discussion followed concerning the jail commission,
Franklin County Treasurer, Pam Smith reported on the County finances, discussion followed,
