Village of Coulterville Board of Trustees met June 19.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to Order in the Community Center for regular session on Monday, June 19, 2017 at 7:00 pm.

Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Harvey, Knope, Wine and Campbell.

•Moved by Wine, second by Campbell to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.

•Moved by Knope, second by Wine to approve minutes for June 5, 2017 regular meeting as presented. All Ayes.

•Moved by Long, second by Knope to approve payment of invoices for June 19, 2017. All Ayes.

•Moved by Wine, second by Harvey to approve May 2017 Treasurer's report. All Ayes.

Reports and Communications:

•Financial report: Nothing to report.

•Cemetery report: Nothing to report.

•Sewer report: Nothing to report.

•Park report: The limbs from the storm were cleaned up at ballfield. Cindy Howell has list of lights out on ball fields. Steve Marlow will check fuses.

•Recycle/Trash report: Complaints about trash service - pick up times vary.

•Water report: The coupler for the destratifier should be available July 3".

•Street report: Nothing to report.

Public Announcement/Guests:

•Mayor Marlow gave a special thank you to Missy Jarrett for painting the benches along the Walking tract.

Public Comment

New Business:

•Moved by Wine, second by Dyson to approve IMRF Resolution 61917 which reconfirms the Village’s commitment to appointed positions are eligible with 1000 of yearly service. All Ayes.

•Moved by Wine, second by Campbell to approve Ordinance 17-516 adding a Twenty Five Dollar (S25) reconnection fee to Water customers. All Ayes.

•Moved by Wine, second by Knope to approve Harvey Hughes as the new animal control officer, All Ayes.

Old Business:

•No motion was made to reschedule July 3 meeting.

•Moved by Wine, second by Campbell to approve Ordinance 517-17 agreement with the Coulterville Historical Society. The Village will convey 107 S. Fourth Street for the purpose of a museum. All Ayes.

•Moved by Dyson, second by Wine to reject the proposals from Rodney Jackson and James Lambert on 410 E. Grant Street with the right to entertain future proposals on the property. All Ayes.

Adjournment:

•Moved by Wine, second by Knope to adjourn at 7:26 pm. All Ayes.
