Village of Coulterville Board of Trustees met May 15.

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to Order in the Community Center for regular session. On Monday, May 15, 2017 at 7:00 pm.
Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Harvey, Knope, Wine and Campbell.
•Moved by Campbell, second by Harvey to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.
•Moved by Knope, second by Wine to approve Minutes for May 1, 2017 regular meeting. All Ayes.
•Moved by Knope, second by Long to approve payment of invoices for May 15, 2017. All Ayes.
•Moved by Harvey, second by Campbell to approve April 2017 Treasurer's Report. All Ayes.
Reports and Communications:
•Financial report: Nothing to report.
•Cemetery report: Nothing to report.
•Sewer report: Nothing to report.
•Park report: Third ball diamond has been partially tilled and rock has been laid on road to alleviate ruts left behind by the circus trucks.
•Recycle report: Nothing to report.
•Water report: Schumer and Wine applied copper sulfate to the lake to help control algae due to the rising Water temperatures.
•Street report: Cold patch has been delivered for the street crew to begin filling pot holes.
Public Announcements/Guests:
•The Coulterville cleanup day will be Saturday, May 20, 2017. Roll off dumpster will be at the maintenance shed starting at 8 am until noon or full.
•The Library Summer Reading Program will be the first four Thursdays in June.
Public Comment:
•Dumpsters at the maintenance shed and Water plant need new bottoms. The Mayor will call the owner on Wednesday to address this issue.
New Business:
•An alternate proposal was received for 410 E. Grant Street from James Lambert. He proposed to buy the building for $25,000 and open a consignment auction facility and event center. No motion was made to accept the proposal at this time.
Executive Session:
•Moved by Knope, second by Long to move into executive session (a) 7:35pm to discuss the setting of a price for sale or lease of 410 E. Grant Street. All Ayes.
•Moved by Wine, second by Dyson to move into open session (a) 8:03pm with no action taken in executive session.
Adjournment:
•Moved by Wine, second by Dyson to adjourn at 8:04 pm. All Ayes.
