Jefferson County Highway Committee met July 20.

1. Call to Order
Highway Committee Chairman Randy Edwards called the Highway Committee of the Jefferson County Board to order at 6:00 p.m., fr County Board Room,
2. Roll Cal
Upon the call of rost, the following committee members were present: Randy Edwards, Tim Marlow, Jeff Williams, and Adam Ortgiesen.
Absent: Justin Fulkerson.
Others present: Bob Watt, Steve Draege, Clifford Lindemann, James Malone, Brandon Simmons, Sandra Wellmaker and Media.
3. Public input,
Winston Fullerton spoke concern the entrance into Love's Truck Stop, ina, Illinois, County Engineer will examine the entrance a if corrections are needed they will be made.
A. Items to Present for Action
A. Pay Monthly bills,
- Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by Tim Martow to recommend to the full board to approve monthly as presented.
- Motion carried: Ayes 4 (Edwards, Marlow, Williams, and Ortgiesen.).

B. Monthly fuel: diesel and gasoline
-Motion by Tim Marlow and seconded by Jeff Williams to recommend to the full board to award monthly fuel at the bid price of $ 1. 4757 per gallon for diesel, and $1.4572 per gallon for gasohol, for a combined price of $ 2.932, to Huel Oil Company,
- Motion carried: Ayes 4 (Edwards, Marlow, Williams, and Ortgiesen.).

C. Approval of Mitchel's Subdivision,
-Motion by Tin Marlow and seconded by Jeff Williams to recommend to the full board to approve the Michel's Suh Division located in Field Township.
