1. Call to Order
Highway Committee Chairman Randy Edwards called the Highway Committee of the Jefferson County Board to order at 6:00 p.m., in County Board Room,
2. Roll Call
Upon the call of roll, the following committee members were present; Randy Edwards, Tim Marlow, Jeff Williams, Justin Fulkerson, and Adam Ortgiesen,
Others present: Bob Watt, Wayne Hicks, Clifford Lindemann, Brandon Simmons, Sandra Wellmaker and Media.

A. Pay Monthly bilis.
- Motion by Tim Marlow and seconded by Justin Fulkerson to recommend to the full board to approve monthly claims as presented,
- Motion carried: Ayes 5 (Edwards, Marlow, Williams, Fulkerson, and Ortgiesen.).

B Monthly fuel; diesel and gasoline
-Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by Tim Marlow to recommend to the fullboard to award monthly fuel to Huel Oil Co. at the price of $ 1, 4757 per gallon for bio diesel, and $1.4572 per gallon for gasohol, combined price $ 2,9329 per gallon.
- Motion carried: Ayes 5 (Edwards, Marlow, Ortglesen, Fulkerson, and Williams.)
