Jefferson County Board Fiscal Committee met June 22.

Committee Members Present: Bob Watt, Chairman, Jeff Weliams, Sean Wikey & Ceff Linoemann
Absent: James Malone
Others Present: Steve Draege, Adamortgeesen, Tim Marlow, Wayne Hicks, Dan Knox, Clent Taylor & Suzy Tate
No one was present for public input,
County Treasurer Dan Knox was present to discuss the county's finances. Please see attached documentation.
Motion by Sean Wilkey and seconded by Cliff Lindemann to recommend to the Ful Board to approve the FY 2017-18 budget forms as presented.
Motion Carried, Vote - 4 aye, 0 nay
Budget forms will be distributed by June 27" and requested back by July 31st.
Motion by Cliff Lindemann and seconded by Sean Wilkey to recommend to the Full Board to approve the paid claims as presented.
Motion Carried. Vote - 4 aye, 0 nay
Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by Cliff Lindemann to recommend to the Full Board to approve the Payroll Distribution Report as presented.
Motion Carried. Vote - 4 aye, 0 nay
Reports were reviewed by the committee.
Motion by Cliff Lindemann and seconded by Jeff Williams to adjourn.
