Jefferson County Board Technology Committee met June 22.

Committee Members Present: Adam Ortgesen, Chairman, Cliff Lindemann & Wayne Hecks
Absent: Joeymcdermott & Joyce Damron
Others Present: Steve Draege, Randy Edwards, Tim Marlow, Jeff Williams, Bob Watt, Terry Knowles, Clint Taylor & Suzy Tate
No one was present for public input.
Emails Sent regarding email server options were read. Quotes were compared. Motion by Wayne Hicks and seconded by Cliff indemann to recommend to the Full Board to approve the quote from Bluehost for the county email server at a cost of $4,050.00 over a period of 3 years which includes a migrate fee.
Motion Carried. Vote -3 aye, 0 nay
Motion by Cliff Lindemann and seconded by Wayne Hicks to adjourn.
Motion Carried. Vote -3 aye, 0 nay
