The men and women chosen as "Leaders Among Us" by the Southern Business Journal will be celebrated by the Southern Illinois Regional Chamber of Commerce at a luncheon on Sept. 19, according to a Facebook post from the chamber.
The "Leaders" list is sponsored by the Southern Illinoisan.
The chamber will also help kick off the 2017 Shop Southern Illinois Campaign, featuring 19 area chambers that will work to attract shoppers to the area rather than shopping online or in a different city.
The luncheon will be held at the Carterville Community Center at 120 N. Greenbriar Road.
