City of Red Bud Code Enforcement Committee met June 19.

Committee Chairman Esker called the meeting to order at 8:17 p.m.

I.Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting May 15, 2017
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Harbaugh, to approve the minutes from the May 15, 2017 meeting. Carried
II.Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
Code Admin. Mueller said there is a Planning Commission Meeting on June 20, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. There are three hearings that will be on the July council agenda. V8 Speed Shop is looking at buying Louie’s house to put an office in and change the zoning from R4 to B2; Glenn Gielow bought Porter’s on North Main next to Eagle Stone and wants to turn it into a warehouse, changing from R4 to I1; Vices wants to put a beer garden in back and need a Special Use Permit.
