Jefferson County Highway Committee met Sept. 21.
Here is the agenda provided by the Committee:
1. Cal to Order
County Highway Chairman, Randy Edwards called the Highway Committee of the Jefferson County Board to order at 6:00 P.M., in County Board Room.
2. Roll Call
Upon the catl of roll, the following committee members were present: Randy Edwards, Jeff Williams, Tim Marlow, and Justin Fulkerson.
Absent for rol cail Adam Ortgiesen (arrived at 6:13 P.M.)
Others present: Sean Wilkey, Bob Watt, Steve Draege, James Malone, Clifford Lindemann, Wayne Hicks, Brandor Simmons, Sandra Wellnake, and various media.

A. Pay Monthly bills.
- Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by Justin Fulkerson to recommend to the full board to approve monthly claims as presented.
- Motion carried: Ayes 4 (Edwards, Fulkerson, Williams, and Marlow).

B Monthly fuel: diesel and gasoline
-Motion by Tim Marlow seconded Jeff Williams to recommend to the full board to award fuel to Synenergy at the bid price of $1.9706 per gallon for diesel, and $ 1.6125 per gallon for gasohol, combined price S3.5831,

-Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by Tim Marlow to recommend to the fullboard to approve Miller's Sub Division in Rome Township,

D. Approval of Hubbard Sub Division.
-Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by Tim Marlow to recommend to the full board to approve Hubbard Sub Division in Webber Township.

E, Review and Approval of 2017-2018 Budget and Levies.
(1) -Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by Justin Fulkerson to recommend to the full board: County Highway Budget be approved in the amount of $840,592.75
