Jefferson County Board Services Committee met Sept. 21.

Committee Members Present: Cliff Lindemann, Chairman, Bob Watt, Randy Edwards, Adam Ortgiesen & Wayne Hecks
Others Present: Steve Draege, Sean Wilkey, Tim Marlow, Jeff Williams, James Maione, Connie Simmons, Travis Allen, Mike Bullard, Dan Knox, Terry Knowles 8 Suzy Tate
No one was present for public input.
Motion by Wayne Hicks and seconded by Bob Watt to accept the Public Defender's Report’s presented.
Motion Carried. Vote -5 aye, 0 nay
Motion by Bob Watt and seconded by Randy Edwards to recommend to the Full Board to not bid the workman's compensation insurance this year.
Motion Carried. Vote - 5 aye, 0 may
Committee Chairman Lindemann informed the Committee that there are two requests for Class A liquor licenses in Webber Township. This will cause an increase in the number of Class A liquor licenses in this township. Motion by Bob Watt and seconded by Adam Ortgiesen to recommend to the Full Board to not increase the number of liquor licenses in Webber Township.
Motion Carried. Vote -3 aye, 2 nay
Motion by Wayne Hicks and seconded by Bob Watt to recommend to the Full Board to table action on the Employee Handbook until a summary of the changes can be outlined.
Motion Carried. Vote -5 aye, 0 Nay
Motion by Randy Edwards and seconded by Bob Watt to adjourn,
