Jefferson County Highway Committee met October 20.

Here is the agenda provided by the Committee:

1.Call to Order

Highway Committee Chairman Randy Edwards called the Highway Committee of the Jefferson County Board to order at 6:30 p.m., in the Jefferson County Board Room.

2. Roll Call

Upon the call of roll, the following committee members were present: Randy Edwards, Tim Mariow, Jeff Williams and Adam Ortgiesen.

Others present: Steve Draege, Brandon Simmons, Suzy Tate, James Malone, Bob Watt, Clifford Lindemann, Sean Wilkey and the Media.

3. Public input.

4. Items to Present for Action

A. Review and approval of Monthly bills.

- Motion by Marlow and seconded by Williams to recommend to the full board to approve the monthly claims as presented.

- Motion carried: 4 Ayes (Edwards, Marlow, Williams and Ortgiesen.).

- 0 Nay

B. Monthly fuel: diese and gasoline

-Motion by Ortgiensen and seconded by Marlow to recommend to the full board to award the monthly fuel to Huel Oil Co. at the bid price of S 1.9967 per gallon for biodiesel, and $1.7729 per gallon for gasohol, for a combined price Of $ 3.7196.

- Motion carried: 4 Ayes (Edwards, Marlow, Williams and Ortgiesen.)

- 0 Nay

5. Items of information

A. Projects updates B. Report of monthly Motor Fuel Tax Ailotments C. Any other business necessary and proper.

6. Executive Session

A. Discuss the appointment(S), Employment, Compensation, Discipline, Real Estate, Collective Bargaining, Negotiating

Matters and Update of Pending Litigations if Needed (5LCS.120/20 (1) (2011)

7. Motion to adjourn,

- Motion by Williams and seconded by Ortgiesen to adjourn.

- Motion carried: 4 Ayes (Edwards, Marlow, Williams and Ortgiesen.). - 0 Nay
