4. CONSENT AGENDA:
a. Approval of the minutes of the September 21, 2017 regular Board of Education meeting (including executive session minutes);
b. Approval of the suspensions imposed by each school’s administration;
c. Approval of the release of executive session minutes from April 2017 through September 2017 (with detached information);
d. Approval of agreement with Southern Illinois University at Carbondale to accept/provide site-based experiences as part of Speech Therapist program;
e. Approval of site agreement with Marshall Browning Hospital to provide internship and job shadowing opportunities for high school CNA program students.

c. Presentation and consideration of proposal from Stifel Nicolaus, district bond representatives regarding Qualified Zone Academy Bond authorization as part of K-8 School facility upgrades.
d. Review of school and district improvement plan summaries.
e. Consideration of Board naming of school facilities and property/recognition policy.
f. Re-scheduling of November Board meeting due to schedule conflict.
8. EXECUTIVE SESSION: To discuss the appointment, employment, compensation, performance of specific employees in accordance with 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1).
9. RETIREMENT/RESIGNATION:
a. Adam Fornear has submitted his letter of intent to retire as District Cafeteria Supervisor effective July 31, 2018.
b. Kristin Wilson has submitted her letter of resignation as a 6th Grade Reading and Language Arts Teacher effective at the end of the 2017-2018 school year.
