Lick Creek Community Consolidated School District 16 Board met September 21.

President Blayne Holshouser called the special meeting to order at 6:00 pm
Members present were: Holshouser, Plott, Stover, Corbit, Houseman, Thorn.
Motion by Plott second by Stover to approve the consent agenda as presented. Roll Call Vote: Holshouser: yea, Plott: yea, Stover: Yea, Corbit: Yea, Houseman: yea, Thorn: yea. Motion passed.
President Holshouser Read a resolution of intent to issue working bonds. Motion by Houseman To adopt the resolution declaring the intent to issue bonds of the District for the purpose of increasing the working cash fund of the District” Second by Thorn. Roll call vote: Holshouser: yea, Plott: yea, Stover: Yea, Corbit: Yea, Houseman: yea, Thorn: yea. Motion passed.
Motion by Corbit second by Stover to approve the 2017-18 School Budget as presented. Roll Call Vote: Holshouser: yea, Plott: yea, Stover: Yea, Corbit: Yea, Houseman: yea, Thorn: yea. Motion passed.
Motion by Corbit second by Holshouser to hire Trish Myers as an EOC aide. Roll Call Vote: Holshouser: yea, Plott: yea, Stover: Yea, Corbit: Yea, Houseman: yea, Thorn: yea. Motion passed.
Motion by Stover second by Plott to adjourn the meeting of the Lick Creek Board of Education at 5:45 pm. Voice Vote- motion passed.
