Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting September 18, 2017
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Reed to approve the minutes from the September 18, 2017 meeting. Carried
Rhutasel Contract for East Industrial Park Property Development
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Reed to authorize approval to enter into the “Letter Agreement For Professional Engineering Services” with Rhutasel & Associates Inc. for the time and material scope of work for the Guebert Trust Property, NTE $9,800. Carried
