Committee Chairman Hanebutt called the meeting to order at 7:47 P.M.
Old Business
Dedicated Parking – City Hall Parking Lot
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Linnertz, to approve the purchase of a metal stencil for use to mark six dedicated parking spots for city hall/police parking Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, NTE $100. Carried
New Business
I.Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – September 18, 2017 Meeting
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Friess, to approve the minutes from the September 18, 2017 meeting. Carried
II.Department Activity Report
The department activity report was included in the packets.
III.Cops and Kids at Christmas Program – Request for Matching Funds
Recommendation made by Committee Member Linnertz, seconded by Committee Member Friess, to approve police participation in the “Cops and Kids at Christmas” program and donate $1,000 from the police department budget. Carried
