Highway Committee Chairman Randy Edwards called the Highway Committee of the Jefferson County Board to order at 6:00 P.M., in the Jefferson County Board Room.
2. Roll Cali
Upon the call of roE, the following committee members were present; Randy Edwards, in Marlow, and Jeff Williams. Arriving at 6:10 P.M., Adam Ortgiesen.

- Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by Tim Marlow to recommend to the full board to approve the monthly claims as presented.

B. Monthly fuel: diesel and gasoline
-Motion by Tim Marlow and seconded by Jeff Williams to recommend to the full board to award the monthly fuel to Huel Oil Company at the bid price of $ 1.9386 per gallon for biodiesel, and $1.7313 per gallon for gasohol, for a combined price Of $3,6699

C. Approval of Resolution Appropriating Funds for Payment of County Engineer's Salary.
-Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by Tim Marlow to recommend to the full board to approve the Resolution Appropriating Funds for Payment of the County Engineers Salary in the amount of One hundred three thousand five Hundred fifty dollars and No/100, ($103,550.00) Fifty one thousand seven hundred seventy five dollars from the Surface Transportation Program Funds allocated to Jefferson County in return for equal amount of State Funds,

D, Approval of Resolution Establishing a Class 1 or Class Il Designated Truck Route.
- Motion by Jeff Williams and seconded by Tim Marlow to recommend to the full board to approve a Designated Class F Truck Route County Highway 36, Woodland Drive beginning at the intersection of ILL 142 & CH3 and Extending to Municipal Lt. for 0.85 miles,
- Motion carried: 3 Ayes (Edwards, Marlow, and Williams),
