Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

Board Vice-President, Vernon Stubblefield, called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Moore arrive at 5:31 p.m.

Roll Call:

Members Present: Burris, Coleman, Stubblefield, Harris, Gooden, Moore

Members Absent: Nelson

Motion To: Approve Consent Agenda For Special board Meeting.

Roll Call Vote: Ayes - 5 Nays - 0 Abstain - 0 Motion Passed Burris-Aye, Coleman-Aye, Stubblefield-Aye, Harris-Aye, Gooden-Aye,

Motion To: Enter into Closed Session Time: 5:31 pm.

Board Member Rodney Moore said he want this to be on record. I do support him (Larry Wood) as a person and as an AD but I do not agree on the Hiring process of the Proposed Athletic Process.

Motion To: Adjourn meeting at 6:25 pm.
