City of Waterloo Planning Commission met December 11.

a. Review and Comment on a Zoning Text Amendment submitted by the City of
Waterloo, IL to amend Flags and Flagpoles under Section 40-3-17(A) of the
Zoning Code to allow for the temporary addition of a third flag on a flagpole
by a local unit of government in observance of the State of Illinois
Bicentennial.
