Village of Coulterville Board of Trustees met November 20.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to Order in the Community Center for regular session on Monday, November 20, 2017 at 7:00 pm.

Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, and Campbell. Harvey, Knope, and Wine were absent.

•Moved by Campbell, second by Dyson to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.

•Moved by Dyson, second by Long to approve Minutes for November 6, 2017 regular meeting. All Ayes.

•Moved by Long, second by Campbell to approve payment of invoices for November 20, 2017. All Ayes.

•Moved by Dyson, second by Campbell to approve October 2017 Treasurer's report. All Ayes.

Public Announcements/Guests:

•Coulterville Police Department and Coulterville VFW Post 6865 will begin the Shop with a Cop & Vet program. Names for candidates will taken at Village Hall. The shopping date is set for December 16th at 3pm. Candidates are to be ages 5 - 12 years old.

•The Village lighting contest will be judged December 15", 16th & 17th. The winners will be announced at the board meeting on December 18".

•Financial report: Nothing to report.

•Cemetery report: Nothing to report.

•Sewer report: Nothing to report.

•Park report: The Holiday Association has begun decorating the Village Park for Christmas.

• Recycle/Trash report: Nothing to report.

•Water report: Nothing to report.

•Street report: Nothing to report.

New Business:

•Moved by Long, second by Dyson to approve the MFT Resolution for the 2018 street maintenance expenditures. All Ayes.

•Moved by Dyson, second by Campbell to approve 2018 Tax Levy Ordinance. All Ayes.

•Moved by Long, second by Campbell to adjourn at 7:16 pm. All Ayes.
