Village Of Coulterville Board of Trustees met December 18.

Here is the minutes provided by the Board:

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to Order in the Community Center for regular session on Monday, December 18, 2017 at 7:00 pm.

Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Harvey, Knope, Wine and Campbell.

•Moved by Wine, second by Harvey to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.

•Moved by Campbell, second by Knope to approve Minutes for December 4, 2017 regular meeting. All Ayes.

•Moved by Long, second by Knope to approve payment of invoices for December 18, 2017. All Ayes.

•Moved by Wine, second by Knope to approve November 2017 Treasurer's report. All Ayes.

Public Announcements/Guests:

•Coulterville Police Department and Coulterville VFW Post 6865 held the Shop with a Cop & Vet at the Sparta Walmart.

•The Village lighting contest winners: $75.00 each

1. Most Creative - Harold Kirkpatrick - 400 W. Palm Street

2. Clark Griswold - Randy Steele - 1005 S. Main Street

3. Charlie Browniest - Jean Spreitler - 204 E. Maple Street

Reports And Communications:

•Financial report: Nothing to report.

•Cemetery report: Nothing to report.

•Sewer report: Nothing to report.

•Park report: New electrical needs to be ran for lights along walking track.

•Recycle/Trash report: Nothing to report.

•Water report: Nothing to report.

•Street report: Nothing to report.

Public Comment:

New Business:

•Moved by Wine, second by Dyson to grant Mayor Marlow the authority to sign a 24-month agreement with Nordic for eight commercial energy accounts at a rate of $0.04776/kWh. All Ayes.

•Moved by Wine, second by Campbell to approve 2018 board meeting schedule. All Ayes.

•Moved by Wine, second by Knope to approve Ordinance 17-527 repealing Chapter 11, Article II, Sexual Harassment Policy. All Ayes.

•Moved by Harvey, second by Campbell to approve Ordinance 17-528 Chapter 11, Article II, Sexual Harassment Policy. The new public act required some additional information in the Village's policy. All Ayes.
