Jefferson County Board Fiscal Committee met December 21.

Committee Members Present: Cliff Endemann, Charman, Jeff Willeams, James Malone, Ieff Stewart & Sean Wilkey
Others Present: Steve Draege, Adamortgiesen, Waynehicks, Tim Marlow, Bob Wati, Travisallen & Suzy Tate
No One was present for public input.
County Treasurer Bob Watt was present to discuss the county's finances. Please see attached documentation.
Motion by James Malone and seconded by Sean Wilkey to recommend to the Full Board to approve the payment of $100 to Board Member Jeff Stewart for his personal iPad.
Motion Carried, Vote - 5 aye, 0 nay
County Administrator Suzy Tate informed the committee that reimbursement has been received from UCC in the amount of $1,500.00 from 2017.
Motion by James Malone and seconded by Sean Wilkey to recommend to the Full Board to approve the paid claims as presented.
Motion Carried. Vote -5 aye, 0 nay
Motion by James Malone and seconded by Jeff Williams to recommend to the Full Board to approve the Payrol Distribution Report as presented.
Motion Carried. Vote -5 aye, 0 nay
