Motion made by Council Member Hanebutt, seconded by Council Member Donjon, to approve Ordinance No. 1388, “An Ordinance Approving The Purchase Of Real Estate Owned By Guebert Family In Red Bud, Illinois” The vote was as follows: Reed, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Linnertz, aye; Friess, abstain; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye; Guebert, aye. Motion carried.
V. Ordinance No. 1389 Purchase of Voges Real Estate
4.96 acres @ $14,000/acre = $69,440
Motion made by Council Member Harbaugh, seconded by Council Member Donjon, to approve Ordinance No. 1389, “An Ordinance Approving The Purchase Of Real Estate Owned By Voges Trust In Red Bud, Illinois” The vote was as follows: Hanebutt, aye; Linnertz, aye; Friess, aye; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye; Guebert, aye; Reed, aye. Motion carried.
VI. Ordinance No. 1390 Farming Agreement with Rusty Guebert
$100/tillable acre cash rent thru 12/31/2020 = $5,000/year
Motion made by Council Member Donjon, seconded by Council Member Linnertz, to approve Ordinance No. 1390, “An Ordinance Approving A Lease Of Municipal Real Property” The vote was as follows: Linnertz, aye; Friess, aye; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye; Guebert, aye; Reed, aye; Hanebutt, aye.
