The City Council of Red Bud, Randolph County, Illinois met on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 6:05 p.m. at Red Bud City Hall, City Council Chambers.
Members Present:Mayor Tim Lowry, Clem Esker, Curt Guebert, Mike Reed, Bill Hanebutt, Glenn Linnertz, Kyle Donjon, Susan Harbaugh
Members Absent:David Friess
Others Present: City Attorney Paul Ray, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, City Code Administrator Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Assist. III. TIF Presentation – Mike Weber of PGAV
Mayor Lowry introduced Mike Weber and Adam Stroud of PGAV, who made a power point presentation of some possible alternatives for incentive financing, in addition to TIF, which would be available for business growth. Mayor Lowry said that there will no longer be CDAP money available. (Clerk Note: Most of the tape is inaudible.)
