Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Linnertz, to approve the minutes from the November 20, 2017 meeting. Carried

2018 ILEAS Conference – Chief J Brittingham
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to approve the training request for all full-time officers for Bloodborne Pathogens (January 3, 2018), Legal Updates (February 7, 2018) and CPR & AED Update (April 4, 2018) at Evansville at no cost. Carried
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Linnertz, to approve the training entitled Southern Illinois Criminal Justice Summit in Effingham on February 28-March 1, 2018 for Chief Brittingham at a cost of $85 plus food and lodging. Carried
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Linnertz, to approve the training entitled 2018 ILEAS Conference in Springfield on March 4-6, 2018 for Chief Brittingham at a cost of $100 plus food and lodging. Carried
IV.Public Parking Signs for Dieterich Bank
Josh Eckart will get an estimated cost for signage off of St. Rte. 3 and 159 for public parking at the Dieterich parking lot and also check into additional lighting, at the city’s expense. This will be left on the agenda.
