City of Red Bud Cultural Committee met December 18.

Committee Members Present:Mike Reed, Kyle Donjon, Clem Esker, Glenn Linnertz, Curt Guebert
Council Members Present: Bill Hanebutt, Susan Harbaugh
Council Members Absent: David Friess
Others Present:Mayor Tim Lowry, City Attorney Paul Ray, City Superintendent Josh Eckart, Code Administrator Jeff Mueller, Police Chief John Brittingham, Admin. Assist. Pam Poetker, City Clerk Joanne Cowell
Committee Chairman Reed called the meeting to order at 7:46 p.m.
Old Business
I.150th Year Celebration in 2017
The final event of the 150 celebration will be the New Year’s Eve Ball at the Opera House Bistro. Poetker will coordinate recognizing the committee at the New Year’s Eve Ball.
New Business
I.Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting November 20, 2017
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Reed, seconded by Committee Member Linnertz, to approve the minutes from the November 20, 2017 meeting. Carried
II.Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
None
