I.Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting December 18, 2017
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Reed, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to approve the minutes from the December 18, 2017 meeting. Carried
II.Request from Eli Aubuchon – RBAA Day at the Sports Complex
A request from Eli Aubuchon for the city to sponsor the RBAA Day at the sports complex was discussed; will be taken to the Parks & Recreation Committee and will be put on the council agenda.
III.Request from Randolph Co. Marine Corp. League Toys for Tots–November 3, 2018
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Reed, seconded by Committee Member Linnertz, to approve the request from the Randolph County Marine Corp. League Toys for Tots to collect at the 4-way on November 3, 2018, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Carried
IV.Request-St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Picnic Requests–June 15-16, 2018
Recommendation made by Committee Member Esker, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to approve the request from St. John the Baptist Catholic Church to reserve Ratz Park #1 for use of the picnic tables, with no fee; permission to close Hazel Street for two blocks and 5th Street from Locust to Hazel on June 15 & 16, 2018. Carried
V.Request from VFW to Reserve Ratz Park #1- April 28, 2018 – Less Fee
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Reed, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to approve the request from the VFW to reserve Ratz Park #1 on April 28, 2018, with not fee, for their Family Freedom Festival. Carried
