1.Mike and Kim Moll Loan Agreement
Motion made by Council Member Esker, seconded by Council Member Guebert, to approve authorization to adjust the ammonization schedule, on the economic development loan with Mike and Kim Moll, allowing interest only payments for the first six months and rolling the principal payments into the next 114 months and changing the job creation/retention requirements to 30.
