City of Benton Municipal Airport Advisory Board met February 20.

Meeting called to order by Garrett Collier at 17:35 on Tuesday, February 20 2018 at the Benton Municipal Airport at 1 Airport Rd, Benton IL 62812
Board Members Present: Garrett Collier; Chris Hammonds; Charles Casey
New Business:
Mr. Casey stated that the tanks for diesel and regular gas would need filled before mowing season began.
Election of Officers:
A motion was made by Collier to create the position of Secretary, seconded by Hammonds
Vote: Ayes: Casey, Hammonds, Collier Nays: 0
A motion was made by Hammonds to appoint Garrett Collier to the position of Secretary, seconded by Casey
Vote: Ayes: Casey, Hammonds, Collier Nays: 0
A motion was made to create the position of Vice-Secretary by Collier, seconded by Casey
Vote: Ayes: Casey, Hammonds, Collier Nays: 0
A motion was made to appoint Chris Hammonds as Vice-Secretary by Collier, iseconded by Casey
Vote: Ayes: Casey, Hammonds, Collier Nays: 0
The board resolved to set the 2018 schedule of meetings to be on the 2nd Tuesday of the months of March, June, September and December
Under public Comments: Mr. Morris and Mr. Carter asked whether the fence;project had been discontinued and/or if a new terminal building was being planned
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Hammonds, seconded by Collier
