Village of Coulterville Board of Trustees met January 16.

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to order in the Community Center for regular session on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 7:00 pm.
Those present for the roll call were Board members: Dyson, Long, Knope and Campbell. Harvey and Wine were absent.
• Moved by Knope, second by Campbell to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.
•Moved by Long, second by Campbell to approve Minutes for January 2, 2017 regular meeting. All Ayes.
•Moved by Knope, second by Long to approve payment of invoices for January 16, 2018. All Ayes.
•Moved by Dyson, second by Knope to approve December 2017 Treasurer's Report. All Ayes.

•Financial report: Nothing to report.
•Cemetery report: Nothing to report
•Sewer report: Nothing to report.
•Park report: Nothing to report.
•Recycle /Trash report: Nothing to report
•Water report: Nothing to report
•Street report: Nothing to report.
Public Announcements/Guests:
•Coulterville High School teachers; Tim Schnoeker from the Construction Technology and Jenny Dyson from the local history classes would like to place a monument in the park to honor local military persons presently serving and veterans. The project has yet to be designed and funded but students are currently working on ideas. The Mayor and Board thought this would be a great project to support our military and will be open to putting such in the park. The teachers will present designs at a later date.
Public Comment:
New Business:
•Danny Ruppert with Energy Consultants presented the board with new electric bids for the eight commercial accounts as the previous bid was pulled by Nordic due to a bidding error. The new rate for 24 months will be $0.04876/kwh.
Old Business:
•The board again held a discussion on sewer credits. The board decided that they would like more time to consider the issue before making any revisions.
Executive Session:
•Moved by Knope, second by Long to move into executive session @ 7:40 pm to discuss pending litigation. All Ayes.
•Moved by Dyson, second by Knope to move into open session @ 7:50pm with no action taken in executive session.
Adjournment:
• Moved by Dyson, second by Campbell to adjourn at 7:51 pm. All Ayes.
