Village of Coulterville Board of Trustees met March 19.

The Village Board of Coulterville was called to order in the Community Center for regular session on Monday, July18, 2016 at 7:00 pm.
In the absence of Mayor Steven Marlow a motion was made by Campbell and second by Wine to appoint Long as Mayor pro tem. All Ayes.
Those present for the roll call were Mayor pro tem Long, Board members; Knope, Wine and Campbell. Dyson was absent.
•Moved by Campbell, second by Wine to approve agenda as presented. All Ayes.
•Moved by Knope, second by Wine to approve Minutes for March 5, 2018 regular meeting. All Ayes.
•Moved by Knope, second by Wine, to approve payment of invoices for March 19, 2018. All Ayes.
•Moved by Wine, second by Knope to approve February 2018 Treasurer’s Report. All Ayes.

•Financial report: Nothing to report.
•Cemetery report: Nothing to report.
•Sewer report: Nothing to report.
•Park report: Knope working on options for street lamps for City Park.
•Recycle report: Nothing to report.
•Water report: Nothing to report
•Street report: Nothing to report
Public Announcement/Guests:
•The Historical Society held their grand opening on March 17, 2018. They had over 100 attendees.
Public Comment:
•Robert Davis asked if the ditch by the auto body shop could be filled in. The ditch had overflowed during the heavy rainfall. The ditch is along the state highway and permitting may be needed from IDOT. Maintenance will look at the ditch and see if anything can be done.
New Business:
• Moved by Wine, second by Knope to approve the Mayor's appointment of Jason Wright to fill the board vacancy. All Ayes.
• Jason Wright was sworn in as a new board member.
• Moved by Wine, second by Campbell to approve sending a board member to the Regional Leaders Breakfast at a cost of $15.00. All Ayes.
Old Business:
• Moved by Wine, second by Campbell to approve a proposal from A+ Exterior to remove/replace the roof on village hall. All Ayes.
