A.Plaque Presentations: Planning Commission Members Richard Roehrkasse & Albert Gregson

Mayor Lowry announced that Albert Gregson had served on the Planning Commission from 1998-2018 and Richard Roehrkasse from 2000-2018. Neither was able to attend the meeting, but the Mayor will be presenting them with plaques of appreciation for their service.

4.Transfer of Funds

a.Transfer of Funds from Parks Capital Plan to Operating Account for Sandblasting – Jerry Hotop Painting LLC

Motion made by Council Member Harbaugh, seconded by Council Member Reed, to approve authorization to transfer funds from parks capital plan to parks operating account for sandblasting in the amount of $18,220. b.Authorization to Open New Hotel/Motel Tax Account and Transfer Funds

Motion made by Council Member Reed, seconded by Council Member Friess, to authorize the approval of the requests from Red Bud Chamber of Commerce for their Moonlight Madness Event on June 9, 2018 and approve Resolution No. 18-002, “A Resolution Authorizing Approval Of The Street Closing For The Red Bud Chamber Of Commerce Moonlight Madness.” The vote was as follows: Reed, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Linnertz, aye; Friess, aye; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye; Guebert, aye. 2.Red Bud Fire Department Picnic Requests and Resolution No. 18-003

Pam Poetker said that Mobile Home Aide background check had just come back from the police department today. Eli Aubuchon from the Sports Complex is requesting they man a food stand on May 17-18. Poetker is planning on a special council meeting on May 21, 2018 after committee meetings, because it should have been on the agenda for tonight’s meeting.
