III. Line Item Transfers
Motion made by Council Member Hanebutt seconded by Council Member Donjon, to approve the line item transfers as presented. The vote was as follows: Esker, aye; Guebert, aye; Reed, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Linnertz, aye; Friess, aye; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye. Motion carried.
IV. Authorization to Transfer $20,000 from Parks Capital Plan Account to Parks Operating Account
Motion made by Council Member Linnertz seconded by Council Member Harbaugh, to approve the authorization to transfer $20,000 from Parks Capital Plan Account to the Parks Operating Account. The vote was as follows: Guebert, aye; Reed, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Linnertz, aye; Friess, aye; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye; Esker, aye. Motion carried.
V. Final Listed Bills for FY’18
Motion made by Council Member Harbaugh seconded by Council Member Guebert, to approve the authorization for payment of the final listed bills for FY’18. The vote was as follows: Reed, aye; Hanebutt, aye; Linnertz, aye; Friess, aye; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye; Esker, aye; Guebert, aye. Motion carried.
VI. Wading Pool Removal Project
Motion made by Council Member Reed seconded by Council Member Guebert, to approve the authorization to proceed with the concrete work to eliminate the wading pool removal project, NTE $4,000. The vote was as follows: Hanebutt, aye; Linnertz, aye; Friess, aye; Donjon, aye; Harbaugh, aye; Esker, aye; Guebert, aye; Reed, aye. Motion carried.
