Committee Chairman Donjon called the meeting to order at 8:11 P.M.
Old Business
I.Follow Up – Letter From Rick Timmons
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Reed, to approve the authorization to pay the employees, who are owed the retro calculation for the holidays (Keith Bauer - $1,305.42; Jeff Koester - $93.16; Joe Ledlow-$748.54; Chris Remick-$141.14; Rick Timmons-$918.98), as long as they sign the waivers and release any liability to the City of Red Bud. Carried
New Business
I.Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – February 19, 2018
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Harbaugh, to approve the minutes from the February 19, 2018 meeting. Carried
II.Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
