City of Red Bud Code Enforcement Committee met April 16.

Committee Chairman Esker called the meeting to order at 8:25 P.M.

I.Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting March 19, 2018
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Harbaugh to approve the minutes from the March 19, 2018 meeting. Carried
II.Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
Committee Member Donjon said that he has asked the planning commission to review the ordinance which allows driveways to go up to property lines. Jeff Mueller noted that driveways fall under the public works department, but this will be on the agenda for the planning commission discussion.
Jeff Mueller said that the annexation hearing for the Jim Guebert property for the East Industrial Park expansion will be held at the planning commission meeting on April 17th.
