I.Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – February 19, 2018 Meeting
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to approve the minutes from the February 19, 2018 meeting. Carried
II.Department Activity Report
The monthly department activity report was included in the packets.
III.Authorization to Purchase Tasers
Chief Brittingham explained a quote from Axon Enterprises Inc. for new tasers. The contract cannot be approved as it is, because it covers a 5 year period. Tabled
IV.FOP Negotiations Update – Potential Executive Session
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Donjon, to recess into executive session for FOP Negotiations. Carried
Committee went into executive session at 8:19 P.M. (5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (2))
Committee returned from executive session at 8:31 P.M.
No action taken.
