I. Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting April 16, 2018
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Reed, seconded by Committee Member Linnertz, to approve the minutes from the April 16, 2018 meeting. Carried
II. Request from Red Bud Sports Complex – Eli Aubuchon
Eli Aubuchon would like blanket approval for food trucks to come to the sports complex, as needed. Linnertz will talk to Eli.

III. Request from Lieferbrau Brewery for Grand Opening on June 30, 2018
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Reed, seconded by Committee Member Guebert, to approve the request from Lieferbrau Brewery to close Bloom Street, between East Market Street and East South First Street on June 30, 2018, 12:00-11:00 P.M. for their grand opening. Carried
