Committee Member Donjon called the meeting to order at 9:07 P.M.

I.Power Plant
A.Plant Report
Eckart reported Generator #1 is getting closer to being back online. BHMG said the catalyst cleaning did not work and quoted replacing the eight catalysts on Unit #7 at $10,659.28. If this is done right away, it can be back online in time to get the qualifying run in for the IMEA non-spinning reserve generation policy. This will be on the council agenda.
II.Utilities/Streets
A.Electric – “I” Circuit Update
Eckart reported that he is continuing to work on this.
B.Gas
Discussion held earlier under finance committee.
C.Water
Later on agenda
D.Sewer
Working on repairs to the west plant and Knotty Pines lift station

I.Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting February 19, 2018
Recommendation made by Committee Member Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt, to approve the minutes from the February 19, 2018 meeting. Carried
II.Approval of Metro-Ag Inc. Contract
Recommendation made by Committee Member Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Esker, to approve authorizing entering into the contract with Metro-Ag Inc. Carried
III.Sewer Adjust Request – 1207 Fieldcrest Drive
Recommendation made by Committee Member Hanebutt, seconded by Committee Member Esker, to approve authorization of a sewer adjustment to Joe Donjon at 1207 Fieldcrest in the amount of $74.72. Carried with Donjon abstaining
IV.Sewer Adjust Request – 121 Rock Street
Recommendation made by Committee Member Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt, to approve authorization of a sewer adjustment to Erin Porter at 121 Rock Street in the amount of $254.22. Carried
V.Rhutasel & Associates Proposal – “I” Circuit Easement Work on Roeslein Property
Recommendation made by Committee Member Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt, to approve authorization to enter into a contract with Rhutasel & Associates Inc., NTE $3,600. Carried
VI.Approval of Brotcke Well & Pump Proposal – Rebuild Well #2
Recommendation made by Committee Member Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt, to approve authorization to enter into a contract with Brotcke Well & Pump to rebuild Well #2, NTE $21,589. Carried
VII.Vehicles & Equipment Update
Recommendation made by Committee Member Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt, to approve authorization to replace the cables on truck #3, NTE $5,000. Carried
VIII.Approval of Property Tax Report – Lincoln Parish, LA Property (Storage Gas)
Recommendation made by Committee Member Donjon, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt, to approve the 2018 Lincoln Parish, Louisiana Property Tax Declaration. Carried
