Sparta Community Hospital issued the following announcement on June 27.
We would like to nominate Katrina Templeton for Employee of the Quarter.
We feel as though she strongly represents all of the SCH standards of behavior.
Katrina always has a positive attitude regardless of how good, or how bad her day has been.
Another thing that shines bright with her is the way that she always willing to help not only patients, but her fellow coworkers.
She has picked up multiple shifts, including night shifts when she has school the next day, and she doesn’t complain about her workload even though with being an LPN she is usually given multiple extra patients.
Katrina started off working here at SCH as a CNA, and has since then graduated LPN school, and has just received her diploma for her RN degree. She understands what it’s like to need help with small and large tasks that are usually ‘the CNA’s job’ and doesn’t hesitate to help in any way possible whenever she can.
She strives every shift to better herself as a nurse, and also understands that with all she knows, she has a lot to learn and is continuously eager to be hands on to absorb all the knowledge from our nursing legends that she can!
These are a few of the many reasons why we think that Katrina Templeton should be Sparta Community Hospital’s Employee of the Quarter!
