GOP House candidate David Friess is inviting constituents to enjoy A Night at the Landmark Fundraiser from 6 to 8 p.m. July 26. at the Landmark building in Chester. 

Friess, who is running incumbent Rep. Jerry Costello (D-Smithton) in the 116th House District, will be present to discuss his run for state representative.

"The historic Landmark building in Chester has been beautifully restored by Tom Welge and will house the St. Nicholas Brewing Company,” according to the Facebook invite. “Join us for a fun evening at the newly remodeled facility in support of David Friess as he takes on the Madigan-Costello machine for state representative of the 116th district."

A conservative Christian and an Air Force veteran who served in Operation Desert Storm, Friess is "also a father who desperately wants his children to inherit a state and region better than what they are today," according to www.meetdavid.com.

The fundraiser is $30 per person with a cash bar and complimentary appetizers. Sponsored tickets cost  $250, $500 or $1,000 based on bronze, silver or gold backing.
