Pie.Oh My! Are you an experienced pie crust maker? New to the skill? HCE members Sharon Scherer & Gracia Schlafly will lead a program on making pie crusts. Sharon will demonstrate how to make enough pie crusts for a year.in one easy, short mixing session. Gracia will demonstrate a fast, interesting way to make pie crusts with boiling water! We'll share tips for making flaky crusts, best ingredients and pans. Bring your questions.and your own expertise to share during this session. Tuesday, September 18 at 1:30 at the Annex. The program is free, but please call 939-3434 if you plan t attend.
