School discipline: Which SW Illinois districts reported the most tobacco-related suspensions?

Chester Community Unit School District 139, Pinckneyville Community High School District 101 and Valmeyer Community Unit School District 3 were among those in Illinois that reported the highest rate of students suspended for reasons related to tobacco during the 2016-17 school year in SW Illinois, according to the latest report from the Illinois State Board of Education.

In this analysis, the incident rate is calculated by dividing the number of incidents by district enrollment.
