Committee Chairman Esker called the meeting to order at 8:10 p.m.

I.Approval of Prior Month’s Meeting Minutes – Meeting July 16, 2018
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt to approve the minutes from the July 16, 2018 meeting. Carried
II.Vacate Blossom City Drive and Utility Easement - Ordinance No. 1406
Ultra Play requested moving the street from the south side to the north side of his parking lot in East Industrial Park.
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Hanebutt to approve Ordinance No. 1406, “An Ordinance To Vacate Blossom City Drive And Utility Easement.” Carried
III.Final Plat of the First Addition of the East Industrial Park - Ordinance No. 1407
Approval of the final plat to move the street on Ultra Play’s parking lot
Recommendation made by Committee Chairman Esker, seconded by Committee Member Reed to approve Ordinance No. 1407, “An Ordinance Approving An Amendment To The Final Plat Of The First Addition To The City Of Red Bud East Industrial Park.” Carried
IV.Public Comments/Anything for the Good of the City
Jeff Mueller said the planning commission is having a hearing Tuesday night concerning driveways in the city.
Mayor Lowry said the State Treasurer is going to be touring the RBI plant at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, if anyone is interested in attending.
