PUBLIC BUDGET HEARING
I. Call to Order/ Roll Call
President Middelkamp called the Budget Hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. in the District Office Board Room.
Visitor(s) present: Mike Schneider, Delaney Eastep, Jennifer Eastep, James Moss, Tricia Durbin, Linda Schmersahl, Jessica Imm, and Denise Cogo
II. Welcome/ Recognition of Visitors
President Middelkamp welcomed the public.
III. Public Hearing On 2018-2019 School Budget
Superintendent Gina Segobiano provided an overview of the proposed 2018-2019 budget. Dr. Segobiano explained that since property taxes have not been determined, she kept the EAV projections the same as last year. Dr. Segobiano explained that the budget reflects a balanced budget in all funds.
IV. Public Comments/ Questions
There were no questions from the public.
President Middelkamp closed the Budget Hearing at 7:07 p.m.
V. Adjourn Budget Hearing - 7:07 p.m.
With no further business to come before the Board, it was moved by Karen Anderson, seconded by John Long, to adjourn the budget hearing. President Middelkamp adjourned the hearing at 7:07 p.m.
Upon a voice vote, Motion Carried 6-Aye, 1-Absent, 0-Nay
